Here are some ideas of what can be achieved in a class:

• Creating a perfect sponge cake (baking and simple decoration)

• Buttercream celebration cake (learn how to decorate a cake using basic buttercream skills to create a shows stopping celebration cake using pre-baked sponges)

• Basic sugar cookie class (learn how to bake the perfect sugar cookie and decorate using basic icing techniques)

• Create delicious tray bakes to take home and enjoy (i.e. brownies/blondies/cupcakes)

The private lesson will be from 10am - 2pm with refreshments provided.
