All cakes are expertly made to order using beautiful ingredients and sourced locally whenever possible. Quality, taste and sustainable produce is a priority.

Kerry-Ann is proud of her recipe development, with exceptionally moist sponges and incredible flavour profiles, each bite will leave you wanting more.

Classic Vanilla

Never fails to impress! Deliciously light sponge infused with responsibly sourced Madagascan Vanilla, layers of vanilla smooth buttercream frosting and local strawberry conserve

Fresh Raspberry

Raspberry infused fluffy sponge with a delicate fresh raspberry buttercream and local raspberry conserve or luxury home made raspberry compote

Signature Ultimate Chocolate

Sheer indulgence! Moist, dense chocolate sponge adorned with chocolate pieces and a decadent filling of Belgian chocolate ganache

Coconut Lime

A delicate Coconut sponge infused with Malibu, a Lime Curd filling & a fluffy coconut buttercream frosting

Salted Caramel 

Kerry-Ann’s Signature Ultimate Chocolate sponge infused with Salted Caramel sauce and filled with a creamy Salted Caramel buttercream frosting

Cookies & Cream

Gorgeous Vanilla sponge bursting with Oreo biscuit pieces, filled with a crushed Oreo & Vanilla buttercream frosting

zesty orange & chocolate

Delicious Jaffa Cake inspired marbled orange and chocolate sponge, layered with luxury orange curd (or compote for a chunkier texture) and silky smooth rich chocolate ganache filling. Jaffa Cake pieces can also be added for an extra chocolatey orange hit!

Red Velvet

A fusion of Chocolate & Vanilla gives this rich red sponge its mild flavour. Drizzled with vanilla syrup and filled with lashings of Vanilla frosting for a sweet touch of indulgence and a perfectly balanced taste

Lemon Curd

Beautifully light Lemon sponge layered with the most divine Lemon curd and a Lemon buttercream frosting

Lemon & Blueberry

The same luscious Lemon sponge with the addition of juicy Blueberries, Blueberry curd and Lemon buttercream frosting

Cherry Bakewell

Almond sponge with a scattering of juicy Morello cherries, filled with luxury Cherry conserve & a Cherry Bakewell buttercream frosting

Rich Fruitcake

A deliciously moist fruitcake made with juicy plump vine fruits, infused with Cherry Brandy, and finished with that all important layer of luxury Marzipan

A bespoke flavour development service is also available at additional cost.

*Gluten free options are available in some of the above flavours. These cost a little more due to the price of the specialist ingredients. Not suitable for those with nut allergies.
